Until recently, deep, debilitating sadness was one of the most difficult conditions to treat.

The typical approach is talk therapy, but discussing the problem seldom brings relief.  After the discovery of psychoactive drugs to treat brain chemistry, psychiatrists prescribed medications that often suppressed symptoms, but, unfortunately, did not address the underlying causes.  Thus, when the drugs were discontinued, symptoms returned.

Since the development of Gary Craig’s emotional acupressure (EFT) in the early 90’s, the underlying causes of depressed feelings and debilitating sadness can now be successfully addressed more than 80% of the time.

EFT moves the memory and the effects of painful losses, abuse, trauma, guilt, shame or failures from current awareness–often just out of conscious reach–into “deep memory” so you can begin to live joyfully again.  Most people notice a shift after even one session.  Repeated applications of EFT often eliminate these feelings permanently so that they no longer re-appear on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Note:  We urge you to bring these procedures to the attention of your physician(s) as they may dramatically relieve your depressed feelings while reducing or eliminating the need for drugs.  Nothing said here should be considered a medical claim or medical advice. Do not modify your use of drugs without consulting with your doctor.
